Matt Hooper Pennington was raised in Taos, New Mexico and holds a BA in Media Arts from the University of New Mexico. He has worked as a director, producer, graphic artist, production designer and architect.

Jeffrey Shu is a Los Angeles native, and has a degree in anthropology from the University of Southern California. Jeffrey is a producer and has a background in managing professional-level Rally car racing teams.
